“I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” Psalm 34:1
We can bless Him at all times! The Psalmist said praise would continually be in his mouth, pouring out to God.
Try it! Put sticky notes around your work area, on your refrigerator, on your steering wheel, and on your bathroom mirror, reminding you of His goodness. Every time you see a sticky note, praise Him! Learn this simple little passage “I will bless You at all times, Lord!” You’ll see: your entire week will be different as you learn to praise Him always. As you learn to whisper those little “thank yous” to Him as you find a parking place, or as sweet little blessings from heaven come your way each day.
One thing I’ve discovered? If there’s praise in my mouth, there’s no room for complaining. If I praise Him as I should, I won’t have room in my mouth for grumbling about my kids or my husband or my messes. I’ll only have room for giving Him praise!
